Hi, I finally decide to introduce myself after reading a lot. I did SBD last year and loose weight but like many of you, gain more weight than before. I have to do it again but I need support and easy - yummy recipe!

I also need to find time and motivation for exercise.

best advice... start a journal :write: and they will come! most folks hang out in the journal section of the board. it's kind of become a blog board... (which is pretty cool)

I took a break from here and now I'm back. I'm one of those who gained back a lot of weight, not quite all of it! Errrrrrrr, frustrating!
