my first post

pretty exciting, although it took me a while to figure this all out…

work was quite busy this morning, but besides that, things have calmed down and i am pretty much caught up on everything. but now what am i going to do all day tomorrow? i’m sure something will come up, and there is always busywork to be done…

food today:
breakfast:
cottage cheese with splenda and pumpkin pie spice
homemade sf nf chai

lunch:
salad (just veggies-romaine, spinach carrots and edamame)
spaghetti squash with spaghetti squash and ex lean beef
slice of sourdough bread
small slice of pecan pie. very good, and i dont even like pecans usually.

dinner:
grilled chicken breast marinated in italian dressing, soy and worcestershire
some sort of veggie, probably spinach salad
bean soup
ray will probably want rice too….i may or may not have a serving depending on if im full

i also should have some fruit today, and another serving of dairy, probably yogurt. or milk with pb and a banana after dinner as dessert, as i am sure the pie slice took care of my sweet treat…

exercise:
easy 30 min run on the treadmill. there are not many student here this week as it is a holiday week for them, so i think i can get one of the good treadmills. dont want to overdo it when i have the run on thursday morning. i think my knees and shins are still getting used to running again. need to buy some aleve, as i am supposed to be taking it before each run until i can get better. was supposed to buy it at lunch today but it slipped my mind. hopefully i can remember tomorrow. ok i guess that is it for now…i hope the dog didnt eat any more xmas ornaments off our tree today….
